Our school is a member of the American Taekwondo Association, the largest unified single style martial arts association in the world! All of our instructors are nationally certified and graduates of an extensive three-year internship program. We offer several programs for all ages including:

• Tiny Tigers for students ages 5-6 years
• Traditional Taekwondo for students ages 6 to adult
• Leadership and Black Belt Training
• Kid-Jitsu
• F.I.G.H.T. - adult program including instruction in street attacks as well as in knife and gun defenses.

Kid-Jitsu

Become a part of our newest program, "Kid-Jitsu"!  This program is for ages 6 and up and meets on Tuesdays and Saturdays.  This is a nationally accredited Ju-Jitsu program with the Gracie Ju-Jitsu program.  Add another dimension to your self defense:  the confidence and ability to defend yourself if you are on the ground.  Be one of the first to begin this exciting program by calling (912) 354-5961 or seeing a member of the staff.
