Summer Camp 2010

Our annual summer camps are now forming.  There are 3 sessions this year, each with a different camp theme.  Enroll in one, two, or all three today!  Each camp session runs Tuesday-Friday from 9am to 3pm.  For more information, see a member of the staff.

MMA Camp - June 22nd-25th
XMA Camp - July 20th-23rd
TRADITIONAL Camp - August 3rd-6th

Kid-Jitsu

Become a part of our newest program, "Kid-Jitsu"!  This program is for ages 6 and up and meets on Tuesdays and Saturdays.  This is a nationally accredited Ju-Jitsu program with the Gracie Ju-Jitsu program.  Add another dimension to your self defense:  the confidence and ability to defend yourself if you are on the ground.  Be one of the first to begin this exciting program by calling (912) 354-5961 or seeing a member of the staff.

F.I.G.H.T. Self Defense and Conditioning Program

We are now offering the F.I.G.H.T. self defense and conditioning program for adults only. This state of the art self defense program will be offered on Monday & Thursday evenings from 8-9 pm. The program will include instruction in street attacks and knife & gun defenses. The program will also have a conditioning element so you will be “Fit to Fight.” Contact us if you have an interest in our newest program.
